2/ Our work
Florascopic creates artworks and art products based on original pressed botanical compositions.
We take care to describe and photograph each product accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products.
Natural botanical materials may contain variations in colour, form and texture and, in original works, may change subtly over time. These characteristics are part of the nature of the work.
Product dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.
3/ Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. A contract is formed when we accept your order.
We may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.
Prices and the total amount payable are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Please ensure that the information you provide, including your delivery address, is complete and accurate.

From time to time, Florascopic may offer promotional prices, discount codes or shipping offers. Any additional conditions applying to a promotion will be stated at the time.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Some Florascopic products are produced to order and may be printed, framed or fulfilled with the assistance of specialist production and fulfilment partners.
Your contract remains with Florascopic, and Florascopic is your point of contact for any questions or problems with your order.
Information about delivery, cancellations, returns, refunds and damaged or incorrect orders is set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
The right to cancel may not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, including bespoke or commissioned artwork created to an agreed brief.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Separate terms or an individual agreement may apply to commissioned projects.
Unless otherwise stated, all artworks, compositions, photographs, images, text and other creative material displayed on the Florascopic website are owned by Florascopic or used with permission.
Purchasing an original artwork or art print gives you ownership of the physical item. It does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork.
Florascopic artwork and imagery may not be reproduced, copied, commercially used, distributed or adapted without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Florascopic website is accurate and up to date.
We may change product descriptions, prices, availability or website content from time to time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where required by law or agreed with you.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
These Terms & Conditions are intended for customers purchasing products for personal use. Separate terms may apply to trade, wholesale, commissioned or other business orders.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applying to your purchase will generally be those in effect when your order was placed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you.
